The NAAAP Connecticut leadership team is a group of dedicated volunteers that serve the organization, run its programs and events on the local level and represent Connecticut on the national level.

Nicole Tung
Nicole Tung is the President and oversees and executes the overall mission and vision of NAAAP Connecticut.
Nicole Tung is an attorney at LoRicco Trotta LoRicco, a general practice law firm in New Haven where her area of specialty is insurance defense litigation. Nicole also served as the chair of PTA for the British International School of Shanghai where she acted as a liaison between the parents of 48 countries and the school board. She also taught American Law at East China University of Politics and Law to PHD candidates.

Vice President of Development
William Lee, Jr.
William J. Lee holds the position as a Director of Events with NAAAP-Connecticut since 2009. Will possesses the responsibility of developing interesting and interactive professional networking and social events for advancing the professional development of the APA community in Connecticut.
Will obtained his undergraduate Business degree from Northeastern University in 2001. He is employed by Hartford Hospital as a Pharmaceutical Buyer. Will also enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially his cousins. |

Vice President of Operation
Kathryn Sun
Kathryn was born and raised in Bethel, CT. She currently attends Western Connecticut State University of Danbury, CT for her Bachelor's Degree. Her major focus is in Finance Management along with minor studies in Justice and Law Administration. She aspires to someday go to Law School and pursue a career in Corporate Law. Kathryn enjoys spending her free time with friends and family. Her interests include watching movies, hanging with her big sis, learning piano, and the occasional getaway.

Jean Lo
Jean joined the NAAAP-CT Board of Directors in January 2009 and was Project Manager for the 2010 NAAAP National Leadership Retreat. Currently, Jean is also the East Regional Director of Associate Chapter Development for NAAAP National. Originally from Silver Spring, MD, Jean has a B.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Student Services Manager at Achievement First Hartford Academy. Jean enjoys playing sports, watching sports, and managing fantasy football teams.

Secretary and National Liaison
Loi Cheng
Loi Cheng is a mechanical engineer at Pratt and Whitney, a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines, industrial gas turbines and space propulsion systems. Loi is also the Communications Chair of the Pratt and Whitney Asian American Leadership Forum. Loi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Connecticut.

Treasurer
Max Liu
Max grew up in Naperville, IL and attended University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Actuarial Science. After graduation in May 2009, he moved to Connecticut, obtaining a position as an actuary at Hartford Life. Since then, Max has held multiple responsibilities in the company, including pricing, risk management, and financial reporting.
Max joined NAAAP Connecticut as a Corporate Relations Chair in 2010, and served as Treasurer in 2011. Max plans to continue his support for NAAAP CT by serving as Treasurer for 2012.

Steven Wang
Steven Wang attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) majoring in Actuarial Mathematics. During college, he was very involved with the WPI Actuarial Club, WPI Student Government Association, and WPI Yearbook. After graduation, he moved to Connecticut, obtaining a position as an Actuarial Analyst at Hartford Life. |

Jimmy Doctor
Jimmy is entering his second term as Director of Programs. Jimmy grew up in New Rochelle, New York. Jimmy has been working with Aetna for the past 7 years as an IT Security Lead. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer engineering in 2004 from the University of Connecticut and will complete his Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut in May 2012. He is also a candidate for the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification by ISACA. His hobbies include jogging, snowboarding, spending time with family and traveling. |

Christian Coughlin
Christian Coughlin is a founding partner of The Green Supply Company and IndustrialSafety.com. The Green Supply Company is a distributor of environmentally friendly facility products. They supply corporate cafeterias, colleges, stadiums and restaurants. IndustrialSafety.com is a distributor of over 500,000 industrial and safety supplies to the construction, manufacturing and government/institutional industry. He is involved with the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council, Kensington – Berlin Sunrise Rotary Club, National Association of Asian American Professionals and serves on the board for the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and the Connecticut Green Building Council Emerging Professionals. |

Director of Corporate Relations
Brian Bagdasarian
Brian Bagdasarian works as a financial advisor with a wealth management team at Merrill Lynch in Hartford. Brian grew up in Connecticut and attended Keene State College in New Hampshire, where he studied risk management and business administration. In his spare time Brian enjoys playing golf, traveling, spending time with family and staying active in the community.

Ivy Lin
After completing high school at Sacred Heart Girls' High School in Taiwan, Ivy came to the United States to attend the University of Bridgeport. She graduated from UB with a dual major in Marketing and International business, and a minor in Finance.
Ivy Lin currently works as a Branch Services Associate with UBS Financial Services Inc .
Ivy Lin is the Director of Marketing of NAAAP- Connecticut with responsibilities of promoting the NAAAP mission and vision and to increase awareness of the NAAAP brand. Prior to joining NAAAP-Connecticut, she was a member of Service for Peace-Bridgeport Chapter as a Treasurer.
In her spare time, Ivy enjoys travelling and spending time with her friends.

Technology Chair
Chi Min Seow
Chi Min was born and raised in Penang, Malaysia. He obtained his degrees in Biomedical Engineering (B.S.) and Mechanical Engineering (M.S.) from University of Nebraska. Wanting a change of environment, he moved to New Haven, CT to work for a medical device company, Covidien as an Engineer.
He joined NAAAP-CT as Chair of Technology to pursue his passion for technology and to meet other professionals. During his free time, he likes to read, cook, play sports, and watch movies. As a food fanatic, he often finds himself travelling for food.

Women in NAAAP! Chair
Vinny Maharaj
Vinny Maharaj was born in South Africa where she graduated with a BA (Human Movement Science) degree and a teaching diploma; later getting her Masters in the UK.
Starting off as a Secondary school teacher providing educational services to under privileged teenagers in South African rural areas, her experience in providing value added solutions to real world problems allowed for a move to Corporate training for the financial and tele-communication industries in Europe, Africa, Middle East and USA.
Her diverse cultural background, exposure to international work environments and being a certified MBTI practitioner has provided her with in-depth knowledge and experience in leadership and performance consultancy services.
Vinny's interest in diversity and inclusion issues facing women and people of color in the workplace has led her to become a member of multiple organizations and committees, including current Connecticut Chair of Women in 'National Asian American Association of Professionals' (NAAAP) and President of the Tri-State Diversity Council for CT.
Vinny is a devoted mother to an eight year old daughter, Priyanka.

Networking Chair
Aubrey de los Reyes
Aubrey works at the Connecticut Science Center as the Membership & Development Coordinator. Within that position, she is very involved with fundraising, event planning, networking & social media. She is very involved in the Greater Hartford area, with several networking and volunteer groups. She is a HYPE member and a volunteer for Hands on Hartford. She graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2009 with a B.A. in Sociology. |
